REPORTS INDICATE THE COB IS IN KAOS - NEW CITY COMMISSION IS WORKING HARD TO TRY AND PRIORITIZE PROBLEMS

Newly elected officials do not walk into the new elective office and know every thing on day one.  Well our new commission working with our relatively new city manager have been given the picture, and the city government is a mess.  They are in the clean up stage of the post Martinez/Cabler hurricane, and it is bad.

Legal is actively looking into  the options for the Tenaska money.  This new city commission is not going to just let it sit there.  But they are also bound by the law, so it could take a bit before the problem is fully addressed.  But it is at the top of the list. I fully expect management changes at BPUB once the full oversight review is done.  The picture is not nice.  But the challenge is proving the problems are the result of wrongdoing versus policy difference.

A WARNING TO ALL CITY COMMISSIONERS EQUALLY

Now is not the time to settle scores.  It is time to move on and stay focused on the task at hand.  The one constant on Big Brother or Survivor is, the contestant who needs to settle a score never wins in the end. They are so busy on settling the score they take their eye off the ball.  Stop it.
