LOOKING FOR A SOLUTION TO THE TENASKA BPUB MONEY

There is no issue the new city commission is going to handle this problem.  The question is what can legally be done.

ANOTHER IDEA

If the money has to be used for utilites the city commission might consider  an income based grant program to provide money for energy efficiency,   Using the money to help cut bills by at least  a 3rd gets a good use of the money while also lowing the fees the consumer pays.

How about just give it back? They know exactly who paid and how much. It is in the billing records. IT ISN'T THEIR MONEY.

Thank you J22, 10:22PM - As a favor to the customer PUB is recycling the 30% rate hike by paying itself for the exorbitant fuel and energy charge it shouldn't be charging the customer in the first place. It then tells the Board how competitive it is against other utilities. PUB has grown fat while its customer base remains relatively flat. The leadership at PUB is trembling at the suggestions that someone should call the Texas PUC! The ship is still out at sea but the rats smell smoke.
