BROWNSVILLE HAS ETHICS CODE - CESAR DE LEON OUT AT BPUB ATTORNEY

It is not posted yet.  I am trying to figure out how to link it.  I have a copy in PDF, but do not know how to link it to this page.

Two things of note, Cesar de Leon cannot file to become the BPUB attorney for a year, and two this code of ethics has no expiration date.

Awesome question. His status is that of a hold over commissioner. This is how it applies. Thanks for the great question

My above comment is to the following comment. For some reason it will not post.

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "ORDINANCE NUMBER 2019-1653 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BRO...":

How can the code of ethics be retroactively applied to the Cesar De Leon situation if it wasn't in place when De Leon was a commissioner? If the city places a ban on food trucks in the city limits, you can't go arrest someone who had a food truck before the ban on food trucks was passed.

That doesn't make any sense.
