THE BV STANDS WITH CARLOS ELIZONDO IN TRANSFERRING HIS CASE TO ANOTHER COUNTY

The BV was the first to report this story, then the Herald and now the other blogs copying and pasting the Herald story.

Now that I have had time to study the motion and review the case law, it is clear Carlos has no chance for a fair trial in Cameron County.  The trolls love to say he is charged so he is guilty.  I prefer to wait for the trial.

I can unravel any contract you hand me.  Lawyers are actually quite inept when it comes  to writing enforceable contracts.

There is no question in my mind if provided a copy of the by-laws or rules of the union I can prove they are too vague to be enforced against Carlos.

Then there is the Pat Ahumada defense - the police chief told me what I was doing was legal with the 8 liners.  Well if Charlie Cabler approved the ambulance deals Carlos has a valid defense.

The allegation concerning some computer information I am not sure.  There are specific time lines and rules which need to be reviewed.

In another county, with the right defense I believe Carlos Elizondo can be acquitted.

So I stand with his  request to change venue.  The bloggers for pay have been like wild hyenas fighting over the last piece of meat on the prairie.
