CHARLIE CABLER FOR MAYOR GOES SILENT AS CHALLENGES TO HIS ETHICS ARE AIRED

We are waiting Cabler for an explanation refuting the claims of you turning a blind eye to alleged wrongdoing by Carlos Elizondo, for not acting to have Abraham Galonsky removed from executive session during the negotiations on the Casa Del Nylon, and who did the work on your Mustang and how was it paid for.

What is most remarkable is Charlie Atkinson attacks Martinez for the Casa Del Nylon debacle, while giving Charlie Cabler a pass for not doing is job and ordering Galonsky out of executive session during the negotiations.

The Casa de Nylon sale was a huge disaster and should not have been allowed to proceed. I am not sure kicking out Galonsky from those executive sessions (if he was in there) would have changed anything. Truth is, the Mayor had the votes for the purchase. Not sure why you are pinning a sale on Charlie who had no vote. Blame Tony!

I have already discussed this. Had Charlie done his job the vote would have been voided and nver brought again. I discuss the Mark Cuban case in Dallas wherein a federal judge voided the vote because Cuban was in excutive session. Right after it happened a city commissioner called me to ask me if it was legal. The BV broke the story.

The law also says they are free to talk about what happens in Exec Session. Had Charlie let it be known he would ask a judge to void it, which he should have as the City Manager it would have died.

Ask Charlie about the no-interview no job announcement for his cronies like the "auditor" who has no accounting experience whatsoever, ask him about the city finance department that has no CPA on staff, and never has had one for the whole time he was there.

Bobby, Charlie Cabler doesn't influence the board. Get your story straight. Charlie's job is to help all board members with projects that help our city grow. The board controls and directs Cabler not the other way around; hence firing Cabler for not doing what the majority wanted. And for the record, I know nothing of this Casa de Nylon. WTF is it?

You clearly have zero knowledge of the the role of the city manager. He had a duty to go public with the fact the owner of Casa del Nylon was in executive session. This would have voided the vote which would have ended the deal. He also had a duty to know Tony Martinez's law partner was involved in negotiating for Galonsky. He had a duty to disclose this to the city commission and he did not.

Give it up Charlie you are backing a real bad horse in this case. For you to say you know noting of Casa Del Nylon tells me you are either a liar or beyond ignorant and should not have an opinion on who is qualified for mayot.
