PUMPKIN CAME OUT OF THE OVEN AT 6:35, AND BLUEBERRY WENT IN AT 6:45

I picked the lemon for the blueberry pie at 6:25 - fresh is always best.  Technically I should not even be awake yet, but the trip back from San Antonio was real bad on my back.  The neuropathy hit at about 3:15 a.m., and at 4 after walking around a bit I gave up, did some work, and started the pies at 5.

Key on blueberry pie - 7 tablespoons of corn starch mixed in with the berries, and 3 on the bottom of the uncooked pie crust.  It will cut like steak instead of being watery
