DID TONY YZAGUIRRE'S STAFF COMPLAINT FOR A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AGAINST SAENZ'S INVESTIGATORS HELP CARLOS ELIZONDO

A key component of our ordered libery is "innocent until proven guilty."  In the BISD election as part of the desperation for raw power Sylvia Atkinson's cabal of amorals have tried to make voters believe Carlos Elizondo is a criminal based on the current charges.  As a matter of course such conduct makes you unfit to serve on a school board where part of  the board's job is to insure the teaching or proper civics, which includes "innocent until proven guilty."  Let us not forget Sylvia Atkinson was wrongfully indicted, but in her desperation for raw power she refuses to give Carlos Elizondo the same benefit of the doubt.

If you cannot see the danger in electing Sylvia Atkinson's cabal of amorals, you just should not vote.

So here is the deal, if after being indicted Sylvia Atkinson was cleared, and a jury cleared Tony Yzaguirre and his staff, does an indictment actually mean anything?  Not under DA Saenz.

SO THE QUESTION IS?

Is this complaint to DPS by Tony's staff and others to investigate Saenz's investigators in the case helping Carlos Elizondo explain an indictment from Saenz means nothing?

This is why I voted for him.  On policy he is a  disaster.  But trust me if Castro wins BISD will refuse to sit him claiming he has a felony conviction, so the only real choice is Otis Powers or Carlos Elizondo.  Defeating the Atkinson machine of amorals is essential in this election.

If Otis comes in second Sylvia will get the votes to deny Castro a seat.  If Elizondo comes in second he will get the votes to deny Castro a seat.  So it was only a choice between Powers and Elizondo.

The BV has written many times, we must vote against these political machines.
