CITY OF BROWNSVILLE THUMBS IT NOSE AT DISABLED RESIDENTS - ALREADY BEING SUED OVER ADA RETALIATION VIOLATION, AND ABOUT TO BE HIT WITH AN ADA VIOLATION FOR REFUSING TO TICKET PEOPLE ILLEGALLY PARKED IN HANDICAP SPOTS

There is one pending lawsuit by a former employee who was fired after asking traffic control to properly install the sign for handicap parking.  The supervisor was using the spot which only had blue lines but no sign.  After the complaint and the sign was installed, the city fired the employee.  That suit is pending.

On another matter the last Sunday for early voting I went to the Central Library.  It was my first real outing since the spinal surgery.  A car from Kansas nearly hit me to grab the handicap parking spot.  They had no plates or tag to indicate  they were allowed to use handicap parking.  I told him to move and he said his boss told him it was an unloading zone.

The library had rented space to some entity for a meeting.  The city has refused to cooperate in the open records request so the AG will have to rule on it.  Rene DeCoss' first failure in enforcing the law.

I have video of the event, the library has video of the event.  I called the police and was told the City of Brownsville will not enforce the law on handicapped parking unless the officer personally sees the person pull into the spot.  He refused to look at my video or the library's video.  He claimed to have interviewed the man who admitted to the incident and he still refused to ticket him claiming the COB prohibits him from issuing a ticket unless he personally sees the illegal act.

An ADA enforcement action is being filed.

This is how the city treats its disabled.  Not a day goes by wherein the city of Brownsville does not .
prove just how incompetent or corrupt its leaders and attorney really are.

IT DOES NOT END THERE - THE JUDGES ARE ALSO GUILTY

I am filing an ADA complaint on a specific District Court Judge.  The Supreme Court, federal court of appeals, and at least three trial federal judges have found the ADA applies to judges for injunction relief purposes, but not damages.  Other parties who are not judges are subject to damages.

The judge was informed I could not attend a hearing on a date certain because I would be in San Antonio dealing with my spinal surgery.  I was a material witness.  He was given the information I was  disabled and a disabled Vet at that.  He did not care.  While I was in recovery in San Antonio he denied the continuance, and proceeded.  The Commission on Judicial Conduct has already opened an investigation.  I can tell you this corrupt judge has been moved by none of this.  I am researching campaign donations.

I can assure my readers, findings against the city and the judge for violating the ADA will change nothing.  They will continue to act in violation of the law.

In a Democracy it is the job to hold elected officials accountable. So in rejecting your facist comment, why do you so hate when elected officials are called out. People who are elected should serve the people. When they do not we as citizens have a duty to call them and and do their job by serving the people. I am not a stand-by citizen marching to a disatrous end such as you have us all be.

The people will never be silence by troll cowards like you
