SEARS OFFICIALLY A PENNY STOCK FACES A COMPLETE CLOSE DOWN NEXT WEEK OR CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY - THE STRUGGLE IS TO FIND THE MONEY JUST TO MAKE PAYROLL

"Sears Holdings Corp is planning to close up to 150 of its department and discount stores and keep at least another 300 open as part of a plan to restructure under U.S. bankruptcy protection, people familiar with the matter said Friday."

I do not see how Brownsville survives the next rounds of shut downs.  The last I heard from employees at Sears they went weeks on end with no plumbing.  Safety equipment was not being replaced and conditions were so bad they could not keep minimum wage people.

IS OUR CITY GOVERNMENT READY?

No, and JCP is not far behind.  If they do not shine on Black Friday, they will drop into a penny stock and the end will be around the corner.  There is no one running the corporation.  People within the store claim there is a lot of personnel changes with all the old guard laid off or fired.  A major online complaint is the complete lack of customer service on Internet orders. They sit unprocessed in the store while the workers struggle to do the minimum on no staff.
