SUPREME COURT NOMINEE BRETT KAVANAUGH'S ACCUSER COMES FORWARD

As is always the case with the BV, I was not there so I do not know who is telling the truth.  The Washington Post is reporting a former FBI agent claims she passed her polygraph test.  This is only some evidence.  Her doctor's notes show in 2012, she discussed  this in couples therapy, but only said high profile people in Washington without naming Kavanaugh.

Now that they have a name the Republican controlled Senate Judiciay Committed endangers the entire Republican Party if they do not reopen the hearings to allow the accuser to testify.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM ANITA HILL?

Well in this case we have an alleged eyewitness.  If the accuser gives up the name of the alleged eyewitness he can be subpoenaed.  Perjury will carry a heavy penalty.  If we reach this point and the claims are true, I suspect Kavanaugh will withdraw, rather than reappear before the Senate Judiciary Committee and chance a perjury charge.  If the claims are  true, he has to be dealing with an upset wife.  How far will he go for this fake power?

The mid-term elections will be over before another hearing for a Supreme Court nominee.  If the Senate flips, I suspect the moderate Republicans will back the idea of no hearings until the new Senate is swore in.
