DID CESAR DE LEON ADMIT HIRING RENE OLIVIERA WAS ANOTHER TOMA VIOLATION

The above notice of hearing is for Tuesday to vote on hiring a lawyer to represent the GBIC in the TOMA litigation.

Again we have a signed contract with Rene, same as with Mario Lozoya, before a vote to hire them.  Someone met to agree to hire Rene to prepare an answer.

If I were counsel for Nurith Galonsky I would amend the lawsuit today for another TOMA violation in the hiring of Rene Oliviera without first complying with by-law 6.01.  This then makes Rene Oliviera a material witness, and also makes all of his emails on the subject, subject to discovery.  As a material witness he would be conflicted out of all the litigation.  Lawyers cannot be a witnesses for the client's wrong doings when they were part of the wrong doing.  Some exceptions are proving up attorney's fees for example.

This soap opera gets better by the minute.
