STEVE GUERRA THUMBS HIS NOSE AT TEXAS ETHICS COMMISSION RULES BY REFUSING TO AMEND OR FILE ANOTHER CAMPAIGN REPORT

As previously noted he reported more money spent than raised. There are no loans listed on his report.  Montoya is not noted as being paid for his schilling.  We all know Montoya does not work for free.

If Guerra can be so open about a falsified campaign report can you trust anything he says.  Initially it could have been an oversight.  It is no longer an oversight.  He has had enough time to fix it and he chose not to.

DOCUMENT PROVEN

Click for Guerra campaign finance report.  You will note McHale is being paid for his ad, but not Montoya.  Look at how little money [$850] Guerra has raised and compare it to what your own eyes says has been spent.

Also note Guerra has spent $4680.33, with no reporting of any loan.  According to the BND this is his only campaign finance report.  You do the math and form your own opinion.

I last checked yesterday- nothing according to the BND.

There is more than enough evidence to open an investigation into laundering of campaign money. But we all know no law enforcement in Brownsville or Cameron County will bother. The Port can file the complaint with the Texas Ethics Commission and Texas AG Criminal Section and both will investigate. We shall see. It does not matter if Steve even loses, the must end this laundering of campaign money and a criminal indictment is how you do it.
