STAGES OF RISING BREAD

Part one is done as you can see.  You then punch it, and it collapses.  You then cover it for another 45 minutes and it will double again.  Then you prep it for two loafs.  I like my bread round so I will make two balls and put them on a cookie sheet.  They will be done in plenty of time to go with the brisket.  

The beans are on, about to start the potato salad.

THE FINAL BREAD - THE FOOD OF THE GODS

People love my mom's homemade bread.  This is going to be awesome with the brisket, purple onions, pickles, and barbecue sauce.

That brisket was a smidge dry for my taste, but please post the bread recipe. Looks like jailhouse rolls in bread form

the brisket was very moist and tender. I buy a very trimmed brisket which is why you do not see the fat, Also I smoke fat down. Bread recipe to complex. Preparing the doe is three pages.
