IF YOU DO NOT CRY WHEN WATCHING THIS YOU ARE HEARTLESS, DISTRACTED DRIVING KILLS BABY IN WALKER CROSSING THE STREET WITH FATHER

Here is the deal drinking, texting, eating, being on the phone, or putting on makeup can kill an innocent child just legally crossing the street in their stroller.

Cameron County gets an "F" on enforcement of these laws.  We  are still fighting DA Saenz to indict a women who was drunk and put her victim in ICU for weeks.  He was originally declared dead at the scene.  It took a year for medicaid to kick in to get the surgery.

DPS is adamant the police have the blood alcohol level, the BPD claims DPS never gave it to them.  Saenz can subpoena the hospital records with the same information.  The accident is on tape with the victim pinned in waiting on the jaws of life.  He cannot testify.  The idea of having to watch the videos sends him crying in fear.  He is not needed.  The video's speak for themselves.

Saenz hates this family because they are large and have always campaigned against him.

The Rene Oliveira incident needs to be used to bring attention to all of the injustices  when it comes to DWI and texting and how people are not being properly prosecuted.  Of course everyone is innocent until proven guilty.   But the privilege for a select few like Zeke Silva, Alex Dominguez's assistant, Juan Montoya, Ben Neeces boy, and so many others, needs to end.  In the case of Rene Oliveira the people can only be confident in the truth if a DA from up north is assigned the case.  No local special prosecutor.

Watch this video and tell me the victims do not deserve competent law enforcement.  There is no competent law enforcement in Cameron county.
