REMEMBER HOW MIKE HERNANDEZ PROMISED TO END THE CORRUPTION?  BUT THEN HIRES THOSE ACCUSED OF CORRUPTION AND CONVICTED OF CRIMES TO RUN HIS CONS, AND LOCAL CANDIDATES

It is no great secret Mike Hernandez runs his money through George Gavito in a pathetic attempt to hide his direct payments to Montoya and others, in addition to support for campaigns.

Really you hire George Gavito as the honest man to do your dirty work?  Yep, because as the Herald reported in recordings Gavito did the same dirty work for Luis Saenz.

From the Herald:

Gavito promising if an employee would drop her claim of sexual harassment against then DA Saenz [round one] he, Gavito would help her get a job through Rene Oliviera and Judge Euresti.  Now a clarification.  Just because Gavito says Oliviera and Euresti made these promises does not mean they did.  No evidence of the promises ever surfaced other than Gavitos' recorded promise.

From the recording.

"During the conversation, Gavito tells his former mistress and receptionist
Mary Lou Munivez he could land her a state job if she would drop a
sexual-harassment complaint against District Attorney Luis Saenz and keep
quiet before a state grand jury investigating allegations of illegal goings on
at his office.
In the tape, Gavito says State Rep. Rene Oliveira, D-Brownsville, and state
District Judge Ben Euresti would help her find a job."
CONTRARY TO MONTOYA'S LIES WHICH MAY LAND MIKE HERNANDEZ IN TROUBLE WITH THE TEXAS SUPREME COURT, IN THIS MORNINGS ORDERS MIKE HAS UNTIL MAY 14, 2018, TO RESPOND TO MY PETITION FOR REVIEW.  NO THE ISSUE WAS NOT DISPOSED OF BY THE TEXAS SUPREME COURT
But, for paying Montoya to lie and interfere with the business of the Texas Supreme Court, since Monday the Court has had under consideration a motion for sanctions to include stopping all communication with Montoya while the case is pending.  They received the Motion on Monday reviewed it for two days and then on Wednesday officially put it on the docket as a pending motion.
OP1033 is not the kind of change we can afford.  Let us not forget until Mike Hernandez starte to pay Montoya to stop attacking him, Montoya was pushing the Buy the Port graphic.  I may have an update on this later.  I am waiting on a document.
BROWNSVILLE VOICE THEME
In this coming round it is imperative all of Mike Hernandez and Lius Saenz's candidates lose.  It is about taking down one machine at a time.  This will hopefully send a message to non-machine candidates to enter the race for BISD in November.  The BV remains committed to working for an independent forum for the non-machine candidates, to include mailers to a new web page where the non-machine candidates can be seen and heard without having to raise large quantities of money or having to compete with the self serving Mike Hernandez.
