SUPREME COURT GOES POLITICAL TO AVOID APPEARING POLITICAL

I have documented a gun case wherein there should have been at least 4 of the Republicans to hear it and they did not vote to hear the case.  Then there was a high profile case for the liberal side, and the 4 Democrats on the Court refused to hear the case.

BUT NOW HAS DIVISION ON THE COURT RESULTED IN THE COURT TOO AFRAID TO DO ITS JOB - YOU KNOW THEY ACTUALLY HAVE A DOCTRINE KNOWN AS THE "POLITICAL DOCTRINE" WHICH IS A BASIS TO NOT HEAR A CASE

When Houston started to provide equal benefits to marriage partners of gay and lesbian couples, Texas stepped in to stop it, saying gay and lesbian couples had no equal rights to the same benefits of heterosexual couples.  The Texas Supreme Court sided with the State.

Yesterday the 4 Democrats on the Supreme Court could not agree to hear the case.  In the process of trying to depoliticize itself, the  Court is making politics the heart of its business. All civil rights cases are political.

I can tell you based on phone calls the self anointed leadership within the gay spectrum in New York and Washington were demanding an explanation from the Democratic  Party.  The younger people in the gay spectrum do not trust the Democratic Party because they have seen first hand how the gay spectrum is nothing more than a political tool for the Democrats.

I think we are moving to a viable third party.  The Republicans and Democrats simply cannot assure their constituency anything.

This was a horrible decision by the Supreme Court.  And for the record not hearing the gun rights cases was a horrible decision by the Republican Justices.  It is not about what I think is best, it is about the Court putting  these issues to rest and doing their job.

SO THE NEW RULE IS

If the case will make the Court look too politically divided then they will not hear the case.
