A VIRGINIA RECOUNT CHANGED THE HOUSE OF DELEGATED BY ONE SINGLE VOTE

In the original count the Republican won by a handful of votes thereby leaving the Virginia House of Delegates in the hands of the Republicans. A recount gave the seat to the Democrat thereby splitting the House of Delegates 50/50.  The Republicans hold the Senate by a 21/19 margin, with the Democrats holding the Governor's House.  One Republican Senator defects and there is a 20/20 tie.

In the case of Alabama the Republican Secretary of State has said there is no chance a recount will flip the vote to Roy Moore - so that is a done deal

The lesson here guys is, one vote can decide any of the handful of contested Democratic Primary contested races.  To the candidates in contested races, do not take for granted even one vote.
