THE TOWN CLOWN ROBERT SANCHEZ CONTINUES TO SELF DESTRUCT

So two senior citizens owe less than $2.00 in one case and another less than $160, in taxes, and Town Clown Bob Sanchez gets on board with attacking these senior citizens.  So why does the typing monkey attack these defenseless senior citizen women, but gives Sanchez a pass on his late payment of his BPUB bill?  Ah yes, that vindictive streak they both have.

Meanwhile back on the farm, he is not timely paying the city for his utilities.  At one point he was so far behind the utilities were totally turned off.  This bill shows a penalty of $25.28, which I assume was from a late pay on the previous month's bill of $912.00.

His complaint is he is paying too much.  Even with all of the rate increases by the BPUB and the totally unjustified fuel surcharge since moving into my home, my average bill for the 4 high months during the Summer heat is down on average $180 a month.  I never turn off my AC and keep it at 76.  My pool filter runs 10 hours a day.  The bill I paid this month was $307, down from $362 for the same month last year.

WHILE SANCHEZ WHINES HE CANNOT PAY HIS BILLS AND BLAMES THE BPUB, I INVEST IN MY HOME TO BRING DOWN MY BILLS

This last bill was down because I bought three windstorm certified and energy efficient French doors going out into the pool deck. I also had my attic redone with high energy efficient insulation.  In the end with the savings it all pays for itself.

My first energy savings investment was solar screens on the house, that saw an $80 drop in my bill by the following year.  I invested in a high power solar energy attic fan which draws out the hot air from the attic.

You see instead of just complaining about the rate increase and the totally unjustified fuel surcharge, I have invested in my home, and actually have a lower BPUB than I did 6 1/2 years ago.  But then if he is late on his bill he probably cannot afford energy efficient projects to bring down his BPUB bill.

One thanks for caring about energy efficiency. Always check with bpub for rebates. I will research the fan in the the morning. But your greatest return and less expensive is the solar streens
