THE BV IS ABOUT PROCESS, NOT RESULTS - THE BLINDSIDING OF CESAR DE LEON

Yes he had to go.  He was an embarassment to the city.  Saenz should have opened a criminal investigation into De Leon's admissions on the tape.  Saenz signed the Petition for De Leon to resign and then he files a Motion threatening De Leon's ability to work.

If you do not smell rot in this one you never will.

An ethics opinion from the State Bar on this issue Decemner 2016..

Sorry it will not copy and paste - go to the Conclusion of the opinionWas De Leon's client offered the option of signing a waiver to end the problem, to the extent a problem existed?

Cesar De Leon does not represent the COB.

But if this is the rule then Ben Neece needs to be removed from all criminal cases wherein a BPD officer or official may be called to testify, or where the city can potentially be exposed to litigation at a later date.  Does Neece protect the interests of the city to avoid litigation or that of his client he is defending from the city.  The rule is clear, all of his clients have to have this explained to them in a proper way before they an sign a waiver.

CESAR HAD TO GO, BUT NOT AT THE EXPENSE OF THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS AND THROUGH A  POLITICAL BLINDSIDE
