WHILE SAENZ LAMENTS THE JURY ONLY GIVING TAYLOR NICOLE RAMIREZ 5 YEARS FOR INTOXICATION MANSLAUGHTER, HE REFUSES TO PROSECUTE GABRIELA SALAZAR FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED AND LEAVING HER PASSENGER A CRIPPLE

The initial police report showed driving while intoxicated.  For reasons no on knows the police allowed her to walk without an arrest while her victim lay in ICU in a coma.  It should shock no one the parents had to throw Detective Clipper out of ICU while he was demanding the comatose son give testimony as part of the investigation. Detective Clipper retired shortly after he became embroiled in the missing evidence in the case of the late Mary Tipton.

Saenz on the 5 years sentence of Taylor Ramirez:

“While we commend the jury for doing the right thing in finding Taylor Nicole Ramirez guilty as charged, we are extremely disappointed with their sentence of five years,” Saenz said in a statement. “I believe it sends the wrong message to the public that juries in Cameron County are not serious about fatalities caused by drunk drivers.”

Gabriela Salazar has a previous criminal history which resulted in jail time.  But yet she walks.

After a year of fighting for medicaid for her victim he finally got the hip replacement surgery and is walking again.  Valley Baptist violated the trauma patient act and only transferred him to University Hospital in SA after a threat.  He had no medical care. His  doctor told the family because of a lack of insurance and no guarantee the state would pay under the crime victims act, no surgeon would do the repairs to his fractured hip and pelvic bones.

Well he is walking again and soon will be back at work, Gabriela Salazar walks free.  Unless I succeed in getting DPS to take the lead on this Gabriela will walk all because the family of this young man has always campaigned against Saenz.

Saenz words are empty and a con - which explains while he is working with Mike Hernandez - tell the people what makes you look good while hiding the truth.
