HURRICANE IRMA CHANGES COURSE TWICE TODAY AND NOW APPEARS HEADED OUT TO ATLANTIC

According to the National Hurricane Center hurricanes which form this far out rarely hit the continental US, but if they do it is bad.  But as you can see the extended cone flipped from going south by southwest to north by northwest.  I've seen these before and it would not shock me if it turns back into the Atlantic and heads north to Canada, Iceland or Greenland.

There is another storm which just formed off the coast of Africa,  It could be a week or longer before we see a cone.
