BPUB BILL DOWN ANOTHER $30 SINCE INSTALLING ENERGY EFFICIENT FRENCH DOORS

I am set next week for the installer to do the blow in insulation in my attic.  This will help hold down my electric bill during the hottest months.  Plus the city will give me another $500 rebate which will pay off the part of the doors the loan did not cover.  I will pay off McCoys in time to receive the full no interest charge.

If and when I sell my house my low BPUB bill will help.  The cost of a house is not just the mortgage.  It is also utilities.  Never buy a house without demanding to see the utility bills for June through September.  You may find you can afford the mortgage but not the utility bill.

Lowes is loaning me the money for the insulation at 3.9 for 36 months.  The payment will be $100 per month.  With McCoys about to be paid off, that $100 a month payment I am just moving over to Lowes.  Plus if I save another $30 a month during June through September, then the payment is really only $70.00 a month.
