IS HAYS COUNTY JUDGE ROBERT UPDEGROVE A COMPLICIT
ACTOR IN THE MURDER OF DAVID SALINAS

In 2012 he had the opportunity to send Taylor Ramirez a message about being 19, and possessing marijuana. He chose to dismiss the case. I must ask had he done his job and sent a message about 19 year old possessing marijuana whether David Salinas would be alive today.

TAKE A LOOK AT HER MUG SHOT FOR THE ARREST WHICH RESULTED IN THE DEATH OF DAVID SALINAS

For the record because I do not have the permission of the family to use the picture of David on his mortorcylce I am not using his picture.

THIS VERY SICK PERSON SEEMS TO THINK IT IS FUNNY DAVID IS DEAD

Technically he died after the picture was taken.  I cannot help but believe she was oblivious to her actions because Judge Updegrove allowed her to walk the first time.

Judge, resign - you are unfit to be a judge.

Please note in addition to being charged with intoxication assault she was charge with possession of marijuana.  "Ramirez is charged with a third degree felony for intoxication assault and a class B misdemeanor for possession of marijuana. Her bond is set at $32,000."

Judge, Thanks for the lesson you did not send her.

DA SAENZ WILL LET HER OFF WITH A GOOD PLEA BARGAIN

We the people need to stay engaged in this case and demand no plea bargain.  Let her role the dice with the jury.  She can receive 20 years, which in my opinion is not enough.  Real DA's object to bonds as low as $32,000.  But DA Saenz never objects to the bonds set by the magistrates or municipal judges.  This is unprecedented among DA's. It is common practice all over the US, in cases like this for the DA to object to the bond as too low, but not Saenz.

Once she is arrested for intoxication manslaughter, her bond should be a minimum of $250,000.  We shall see what Saenz does.
