WHO ALLEGEDLY BRIBED TONY YZAGUIRRE?- MORE INDICTMENTS TO BE RELEASED

Noticeably absent from those arrested are those who allegedly were part of the bribery.  The consensus is the indictments are in state court.  On online system I can see from home still does not contain any criminal records for the four arrested.

The indictments must be sealed because they contain the names of those who have yet to be arrested or indicted.

It is very difficult to corrupt the foreclosure process because all foreclosures are publicly noticed.  Further the banks hire substitute trustees to auction the properties on the court house steps and most video tape the process to protect themselves.

But, who is the trustee in a tax foreclosure?  This is where an abuse can occur and investors and developers can easily play the system to their advantage.

But the fact they also closed vehicle registration raises issues.

What can be intuit with 100% certainty is investors, speculators, or developers are also going to be arrested. It would be from one of these three groups we would see back door deals being done to buy tax foreclosures.  This would have to be properties without mortgage liens because then the bank would have to be part of it.

So now we wait to see who the coconspirators are.  Bribery involves two parties.  We have yet to learn the second party or parties

I think you are 100% correct, but my long time policy is to not allow for publication of names of third parties not officially implicated. But be assured the person who texted me yesterday at 9:50 a.m. with the story will get your basic post so they can find the answer to your question. The source is known and reliable. If they verify what you are saying then I will publish your comment.

Thanks for your lead

This should soon expose the people doing the back door deals on properties that are sold before auction. This goes for transport as well. Catch them and arrest them, no matter who they are as you will be shocked to see who they are.

Other than you saying it, who said there were indictments.... I just see evidence of arrests

Well Indictments quite frequently remain sealed until everyone they are after are arrested. But it is true people are arrested before indictment. But it is equally true my source at 9:50 a.m. that morning told me the grand jury Indicted Tony Yzaguirre. Given they were correct about that I'm going with the Indictments are sealed.

Further my point remains unchallenged - when you are accused of bribery there must be another party and in this case it must be someone outside the office so we wait.
