Ed Cyganiewicz is now the target of two investigations as Saenz' attorney pro tem or better to say "Special" attorney pro tem.

In the case of Sandra Blanco who was on the run for 15 years, after Saenz tried to dismiss the charges against his client Sandra Blanco his former client before becoming DA and failed,  Ed Cyganiewicz, as attorney pro temp,  allowed her to effectively walk even though she was on the run for 15 years, and her victim died.  See to the left, Justice for Maria Fidela Garza, for the full story.

Then there was the case of the niece and nephew by marriage of DA Saenz and  Ed Cyganiewicz, who as attorney pro tem, basically let them walk after leaving a victim on the side of the road with over $800,000 in medical bills.

Victor Garcia gets another DWI and Saenz fails to file it with the court.  It is a misdemeanor case.  His office cannot touch it.  When it was sent to Saenz by DPS in July it should have immediately been turned over to a judge for assignment of an attorney pro tem.  It was not.

Ed Cyganiewicz filed a Motion to Adjudicate on the original charge, some three weeks after Saenz received the new DWI complaint from DPS, and on Friday last asked the court to pass on it because the DWI charges which were received by Saenz in July have yet to be filed.   Ed Cyganiewicz knew he needed the charges filed.  Why did he not go to Judge Betancourt and demand she assign an attorney pro tem to file the charges because Saenz's office was conflicted out?  Answer.  His name is  Ed Cyganiewicz.

If  Ed Cyganiewicz had a half a brain he would withdraw, but he will not.  My affidavit with the statement from Isabel Yarber said that Sandra Blanco told her she paid $3,000 to have the criminal case dismissed wherein  Ed Cyganiewicz was the attorney pro tem is now part of a joint criminal complaint involving Luis Saenz,  Ed Cyganiewicz, Victor Garcia and Sandra Blanco.  I know these people - they will not be moved.

You will note the $5,000 donation of Rodney Mesquias, to Luis Saenz.  By itself this means nothing.  The missing criminal file by itself may mean nothing.
"BROWNSVILLE - The former owner of a Harlingen medical clinic has been arrested on charges he billed Medicaid more than $387,000 for services provided without the supervision of a licensed physician, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott said Friday.

A Cameron County grand jury indicted Rodney Mesquias, 39, on Nov. 12 on two counts of Medicaid fraud over $200,000. He was arrested Wednesday and released on $25,000 bond.

The charges followed an investigation by the attorney general's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, which alleges that Mesquias, who is not a licensed physician, employed a physician assistant to treat patients at the Well Care Clinic.

Under state law, physician assistants can only provide care under the supervision of a licensed physician. Investigators say the doctor listed as the on-premise physician had not worked at the clinic since 2005."

Further, when someone, presumably the main stream press, asked for information related to the indictment of Rodney Mesquias the AG's office denied the request under the rule of a pending investigation.  Click for Opinion

I have an open federal investigation on the matter. I have a written response that the matter is being worked on.  If it smells fishy it is probably not pork.

On July 23, 2015, I asked DA Saenz through Melissa Landin for a copy of Rodney Mesquias's indictment.  A few days later, I also asked for an email I am interested in.  Both requests were ignored.

In a letter dated September 9, 2015 AG Paxton gave Saenz the choice of producing the information or face suit.

I have not discussed this in detail in the past because a missing criminal file by itself means nothing.  But once Saenz chose the path of facing down AG Paxton on the issue after taking $5,000 from Rodney Mesquias, we have a story.  What it all means only time will tell.  But did the $5,000 donation to Saenz buy silence on the indictment?  Only the final results of the investigation will tell.

I wonder how many people the feds have working just on Saenz matters.  You can bet this is going to Washington - I do not even bother with the local FBI or DOJ.

Stay on him Bobby. Luis Saenz has a lot of skeletons that need to come out of the closet. The word is he is trying a way to get you indicted.

I have been hearing this indictment nonsense for a year - even Saenz knows if he touches me all of my work with documents gets published against him by the press. The story would go national and the feds would have to take him down. So the claim of an indictment is all bogus

Way to go Bobby, I pray and hope that the day will come when this so Called DA Saenz and his corrupted compadres go to hell. If he goes down most of the Cameron County court relatives will go down with him. Nepotism should have never been allowed. Maybe there will be many job openings a coming. This is my opinion

It is important people understand how I handled this story. I did not make a big stink over the donation and missing file. I was patient - I made my open records request and only went public with the story after Saenz received his AG letter. It is the AG letter which gives the story feet.

There will be complete coverage of all candidates - good bad and evil.

The LNG issue is going to change this election. Masso is refusing to face that elephant in the room. I have been open about this.

The LNG could easily give Saenz the victory over the issue.

I hate LNG at so many levels.
