"COPYRIGHT, SAY WHAT?  DO THEY NOT KNOW I AM THE CHEESE?"

FB this morning informed me that they have removed from Castro's page my copyrighted commentary.  They were not happy with his posts mocking the idea that he would be bound by copyright laws.

First he blocked me from commenting - that was years ago after I took him to task for protecting those aligned with Carlos Quintanilla over Fly Frontera when in fact he was claiming otherwise.  Then after I filed the copyright infringement complaint he block me all together.  Erasmo not being very bright fails to understand I can view his FB con page through any number of friends FB pages.  He accomplished nothing other than proving he has zero tolerance for the law of those who do not worship him

The next infringement and FB will shut him down all together.  Castro is not a smart man, so he will continue to infringe on copyrighted material.  He loves to post mainstream news articles as his own without crediting the source.  This is a major copyright infringement.  I have no standing to complain for anyone but myself, but FB has been provided examples of this conduct.

Your process is intriguing. Please bring your readers to an understanding of how you when about copyrighting your comments. Does it mean that any comments published by you cannot be copy or use without your permission. Also, if so, does it hold you responsible for any false statement made by you in your commentaries? Very interesting, your fellow bloggers should learn not to copy your commentaries.

First of all instead of playing games how about asking a 5 year old to google copyright laws - you might learn something - also I do not print falsehoods about people - you might learn something about writing and legal interpretation - I think a 5 year old can help you google that one also.

The BV makes no money - this is important in copyright. When I do quote from an article I source it - I do not make money on the works of others.

The day I start making money on the BV how I use other people's work will change.

Is he running for county judge?

The next time he runs a candidate will file the challenge that he has a felony conviction. The court will have to decide it. The law is pretty black and white. Saenz is an idiot and fails to realize that by failing to file the paperwork himself if Castro ever serves on a jury the losing side can void the verdict by raising the issue which will then require the judge to resolve the issue at great expense to the parties and if a criminal case to the DA's office.

Poetic justice on Saenz is if he were to lose a big criminal trial and then have to file the challenge to Castro serving on a jury.

But I am certain if he ever runs again, a challenger will file the challenge and Castro will end up with a formal felony conviction.

I warned him in person the one time I met him, but Castro is above the law and reason. He is 100% unsupervisable and in complete denial as to his own actions.

Unfortunately no one in his family cares enough about him to set his straight - they just say oh well we give up. Same goes for his friends.
