VICTOR CORTEZ AND MELISSA ZAMORA LANDIN - BIRDS OF A FEATHER

When I first heard this story I blew it off - it was too bizarre to be true. I am uploading Victor Cortez's campaign finance reports - it is true - Melissa Zamora Landin, while on the public tit as the POI for Saenz is working on Victor Cortez's campaign for sheriff.

I have said this before, Melissa was born her own worst enemy.  She will die her own worst enemy.  This is outrageous for the POI for the district attorney to be working for a  candidate for sheriff at the same time.  The conflict of interest is so obvious it only proves, Saenz. Melissa, and Cortez do not give a crap about the law.

How does Saenz investigate alleged criminal violations of the Campaign finance laws against Victor Cortez when his own POI works for Victor Cortez?  Regardless of ethical considerations it is clear, Saenz, Cortez, and Melissa do not give a crap about the appearance issue.

A review of Cortez's campaign finance reports shows a total of $1011 paid to Solice.  For the 6/25 entry Victor made the mistake of entering Solice/Melissa Landin.

THIS GETS EVEN BETTER

Luis Saenz has also hired Solice [Melissa Landin] to help run his campaign.  Guys it is not me saying Melissa Landin is part of Solice, it is Victor Cortez.

Charles Isbell who was found but not prosecuted for selling liquor without a license and to a minor to boot, donated $2500 to Saenz.  Isbell runs bingo establishments all over the state.

Villarreal and Begum donated $7,000.  To what end?  A review Begum's practice areas does not include criminal cases.  Click The last time Begum donated $6,000 and Josefina Fisher was wrongfully prosecuted, and won, for calling Yolanda Begum a fake.

Is Begum being given inside information as to victims of certain crimes where insurance may be in play?  No one knows - but most lawyers and judges will agree something is wrong when an attorney with no criminal practice gives $7,000 to the district attorney.
