SINUS SURGERY HELPS CLEAR SLEEP APNEA

Initially after the surgery I slept a full 7 to 7 1/2 hours.  It was nice.  Now I wake up after about 4 hours because the Bi-Pap pressure setting is too high now that my nasal and sinus tracks are cleared of what was a jungle of tissue overgrowth.  What is happening is the pressure is so high, after a while I cannot take it so I wake up.

So tonight, if I remember - good luck with that - I am going to change the pressure from a roaming 16-18, to a roaming 14-16.  But I must say since the sinus surgery and the removal of the tissue overgrowth in the nasal track, I can breath so much better.
