So yesterday she spent a lot of time in the backyard running around.  After a while she dug into her favorite outside place behind some elephant ears.  She has like a nest in the dirty where she likes to sleep.  It is in the shade, and she seems to love sleeping in the dirt.  She is a dog, she likes it, so I allow for it.
Around dinner time she was outback running around.  Then about 10 last night I hear her whining at the foot of the bed.  She cannot stand up - it is her rear legs.  So I massage them and she gets up and struggles to go out.  She goes out and does her business, and then falls in the grass.  Same problem - so I massage her rear legs and she walks into the house and lies down near my bedroom door.  Well at her age it could be arthritis.  I gave her a 200 mg Ibuprohen and went to sleep - well until about 2 a.m. when I hear her pitter patter all over the house.  Finally she woke me at 5:30 wanting to go out.  When I opened the pool deck door she ran for the grass.  She is fine.  Kids suck - they cause you constant worry.  She  then came in demanding a treat. Oh yes, as I type and am awake against my will she is now snoring in my bed.  God that bitch owns me.
Buster is why true dog lovers love dogs.  Their personalities and demands can drive you nuts.
