EDUCATING RIGO BOCANEGRA IN THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS AND THE VALUE OF EVERY BALLOT

Rigo is the face of the con artist organization known as BUC.  Individual Member Unions routinely reject Rigo's bogus organization's endorsement because they know Rigo and his compadre's recruit candidates and endorse them even before we know everyone who will be on the ballot.  Rigo Bocanegra and BUC stand for many things, but respecting the voters, our votes, and our voice are none of them.

While with one end of his forked tongue he demands we respect the vote and that every vote needs to be counted, then out of the other side of his forked tongue he declares Roman Perez in the run-off.  You see according Rigo Boganegra the ballots of our oversea soldiers which remain to be counted do not matter.  The deadline for receipt of those ballots has yet to pass.

According to Rigo Boganegra the ballots of those who failed to bring their ID to the polls and who can still have their provisional ballots count, by bringing their ID to the elections office, do not count.

Depending on the ballots coming from overseas, if any, and the provisional ballots which have yet to be counted, Rick Longoria can still win that election outright, or Michael Gonzalez can overtake Roman Perez for second place.

In the end Roman Perez's lead over Michael Gonzalez can actually increase - but my point is you cannot declare Roman Perez is in the run-off while claiming you want all the votes counted when all of the votes have yet to be counted.

This is the face of Rigo Bocanegra which is why the individual members of BUC are increasingly endorsing anyone but the candidate endorsed by BUC.

Respect the voice of all of the people by not declaring a winner until all of the votes are counted.  This statement is limited to close elections of 2-3 votes.

The Longoria, Perez, Gonzalez contest is too close to declare any result.  Rigo Boganegra knows this, but respecting every one's vote is not what he believes in.

In the case of Tetreau and Zarate the result could change, but with a margin of 19 votes, the provisional ballots are going to have to go some 75% or more in favor of Zarate which seems highly unlikely.

And Rigo since you seem to claim to care about the integrity of the ballot so much, why not ask Sergio Zarate about the Brownsville Health Center.  I have held that story and Remi Garza's bizarre email on it because it involves a potentially innocent person.  But with conflicting stories now verified an investigation is certain to come about - which is sad - because Sergio is determined to bring down a potentially innocent person if need be for what at a minimum was a very stupid judgment call on his part.

Is that the best you have a misspelling to discredit the story

That kind of language does not pass at the BV. But I do not disagree

Two sources have now told me BUC is no more - does anyone know if this is true?

BUC used to be 5000 members at one time, but this organization was infiltrated by bad politicians. The Sherriff deputy assn, the letter carriers assn, were infiltrated so now the only 2 associations left are TVEA (Texas Valley Educators Assn) and Brownsville Firefighters Assn.
So the teachers assn and the firefighters assn currently make up the BUC. But right now CE is weakening the firefighters assn..alot of disappointment from all the firefighter members

The firefighters endorsed Jessica over Sergio so it seems to me BUC is only TVEA

TVEA is just about ripping off money out of teachers.
