ROBERT SANCHEZ CAMPAIGN  COMES TO AN UNCEREMONIOUS END AS HIS COMICAL BOOKENDS CUT AND RUN IN THE FACE OF REALITY

The full story by tomorrow morning.  I have the documents.  There is a reason Sanchez has two individuals who work for the same corporation paying his campaign debts.  He can't.  The documents later.  I have to prepare a lot of NIH and VA Houston reports for my morning doctor's appointment.

When I  sue and I will, he will file for bankruptcy thereby leaving his codefendants holding the bag.  Jorge Garcia who Sanchez is blaming for all of the defamation per se ads is not happy that Sanchez turned on him. In the bankruptcy court it will be a battle of the insurance companies to force Sanchez's homeowners and business insurance to pay. You see, insurance coverage is not included in BK proceedings.  It is going to be very, very expensive.

The documents to follow:  But I can say Sanchez is broke.

WHY SANCHEZ DOES NOT HAVE A CAMPAIGN CHECKING ACCOUNT

You see if you have outstanding judgments against you, the person you owe can garnish any sums of money you put into an account with your name on it.  Or, once your credit report shows judgments, banks will not allow you to open new accounts because they do not want to deal with all of the legal issues with collection on the judgments.

This is why Jorge Garcia and Carlos Marroquin are paying Robert Sanchez's campaign debts directly.  This is why Jorge Garica had to pay McHale for the ad.  There still has to be an accounting and that I will get in court.

JUDGMENT ONE:  2011 Nissan Quest

Robert Sanchez needing to be someone he never will be rented a Nissan Quest for $739.01 a month.  After he became $16,241.16 in arrears Credit Union of Texas sued him in County Court at Law number 1.  The judgment is for $16,241.16, 18% interest annually, and $1,500 in attorneys fees.  The case is Credit Union of Texas v. Robert Sanchez 2014-CCL-40.

JUDGMENT TWO:  CAPITAL ONE

The case was filed in JP court 2-1.  The judgment is for $8,713.21, plus 5% interest.  It issued on 1/22/2014.  The case is 2013-FCL-00752

I do not know if either judgment has been satisfied.  That will require more research.  The clerk's office was closing and I did not have time to search in the other data base which is on different computer.

Combine all of the following with his back tax bill and his house is for sale and it is fair to say - the Seafood business is not what it once was.

Sanchez is putting the blame for all of McHale's defamation per se on Jorge Garcia claiming it was Garcia who paid McHale not him.  Good old Sanchez running and cutting on friends.

This is what will happen.  I will sue.  AWC Industrial Corp Inc., and Americas Welding Corp, along with Jorge Garcia and Carlos Marroquin's insurance companies will fight in bankruptcy court - which is where Sanchez is headed once I sue, to force Sanchez's homeowners and business insurance to pay my demands.

Now if the 6 involved insurance companies involved were to throw in about $50,000, each they will save that much and more in attorneys fees in the end.

Hopefully AWC Industrial Corp Inc., Americas Welding Corp., Jorge Garcia and Carlos Marroquin now know just how stupid it was to get in bed with Robert Sanchez.

The question I am still researching is, why did they get in bed with a debt ridden fool.  These guys can pay me a billion dollars tomorrow, and I will not stop until I can answer the question - why?

Okay guys, off to bed - I have a long day at the VA - I need my sleep.
