BOMBSHELL:  IS BEN NEECE AIDING AND ABETTING CHRONIC CRIMINAL JUAN MONTOYA?

This guy's number of arrests for public intoxication are endless.  One has a child terrified while Montoya is engaged in an argument with the child's mother.  According to Montoya the woman in a separate incident demanded he leave his wife for her or else she would damage his car.  It is truly a Mexican Soap Opera - all we need is a priest impregnating one of Montoya's media naranja's

What you see here is Montoya using his connection to Ben Neece to negotiate a surrender to do jail time instead of paying fines.  Why not just do like everyone else and turn yourself in.  The police know how to calculate jail time as a means to pay fines.

There is so much more - but it is for Ben Neece to wait on authorities to handle it.

I am done with the police chief and Charlie Cabler - they will never act to end the corruption between Ben Neece and Juan Montoya.  Cabler should be fired forthwith for his tolerance of these endless abuses of power by Ben Neece to benefit his friends.  Unfortunately Ben Neece has been doing this for so long for so many people, everyone fears Ben Neece will talk if he is fired.

Ben you can sit and wait until the authorities choose to deal with you - but do not go to the Police Chief or Cabler - they had their chance - now we are going to allow real law enforcement to handle it.  Cabler and the chief can then explain  there failure to act.

NEECE MONTOYA HISTORY

The Commission on Judicial Conduct issued a private reprimand against Ben Neece for an improper relationship with Montoya.  In the past Ben Neece converted a felony DWI into a misdemeanor DWI.  With three DWI's in one year including a reckless driving charge Ben Neece allowed Montoya to walk out of jail every time with a new PR bond.  When you are on a PR bond for DWI, and get another one while the previous DWI is pending, your PR bond is pulled, you are forced to pay it and then a new bond is set - and not a new PR bond.  But when you have that "special relationship" with Ben Neece, get out of jail for free as your special privilege for doing Ben Neece's dirty work.

When will DA Saenz indict over this mess?  Never -

Every negative comment going towards Saenz and his staff is merited.  I am so, so tired of his staff crying like babies over the endless defamation and stories concerning his staff.  They work for a vindictive prick who is ruining innocent people's lives and then demand we feel sorry for them.  No - to ALL of Saenz's staff you are getting what you deserve - when you work for scum and then cry like a baby because you are written about in a negative light, you become lower than scum.  Learn to live with the reputation each of you have earned by turning a blind eye to your boss's abuses.

It is called laying out a fine. Don't be such a fucking dumbass. A common law writ. Look it up, Mr Document Driven.

I know what it is - but you do not call your friend the judge to arrange it for you - you turn yourself in - there is not need to call a judge to handle it for you - that is the problem.

But nice pathetic attempt at a distraction

You said:" The police know how to calculate jail time as a means to pay fines." They have no authority to do so.

Yes they do, in fact I know of specific cases wherein people have been released by the police because the judge miscalculated the time.

Here is the deal - you go in - the police know they cannot hold you for ever - they know how many days to pay the fine - and the assigned judge after you are checked in signs off on the number of days you have to stay based on policy. This is done every day - there is no reason to call your judge friend in advance to arrange things - the police know how to do it.

But nice distraction which only makes Ben Neece look worse
