JUANITO MAKING STORIES WHICH DO NOT EXIST

He has a story about a candidate sign being placed in violation of a covenant.  He posts the covenant - it clearly says - "during the period of original home construction."  First only an idiot relies on anything Frank Wood writes -

But any fool can look at the picture and see the is no original home construction in the area - so here you go Juanito the provision does not apply.  But I am certain some one's check cleared.

I'm not sure I understand your take on this. the covenant I read, reads "except for signs owned by the developer or other builders advertising their model homes during the period of original home construction and home sales, no sign, advertisements or billboard structures of any kind other than for sale signs....may be erected or....." my interpretation on this is that it bans any signs except for the developer signs which should no longer be there because it is an established neighborhood. my homeowners association has the same thing. I tried to put up a campaign sign and it was immediately brought to my attention that it was against the covenant. Same language as this, but different neighborhood.

The key is during the period of original home cinstruction. Is there ongoing home construction

Bobby, I thought you could read better. No signs are to be allowed except during the period of construction. Since there is no construction, no signs are allowed. Has your hatred for Juanito clouded your ability to to interpret the homeowner provision?

you are wrong that is not what it says - it clearly says the no signs except for developers and developers during the period of construction - since there is no construction there is a no, no sign provision.

Ok we, are in agreement there is a no sign provision. So how did Juanito miss the boat? He is saying the campaign sign should be removed.

he needed a story so he went with it. When I did mine on the Galonsky land across from the library - I checked public records and then contacted two mayoral candidates who confirmed what a third had already told me

Then I went with the story
