MONTOYA "IT IS A MORTAL SIN TO TELL THE TRUTH"

NOTE:  I was just informed Montoya ran to change his story after my post - his problem is he fails to understand everything is printed.  Rather than simply tell the truth he changes up his story while still leaving out the key fact the Cameron County Appraisal District shows Gilman has no interest in this building and has not since 2010.  But why tell the truth when settling a score with Saenz has become his new obsession.

NOTE:  No one should have to suffer through Montoya's endless lies and defamation - but we live in a city where people prefer to do nothing other than say they are tired of it.

DA Saenz's staff deserve this - Saenz when it served his purposes remained silent about lies which served his ends.  Well now the tables are turned.  He should have ended it when the lies were being used to promote his office - he did not - so now his staff suffers because of Montoya, and Saenz's inaction in the past.

DA Saenz does not realize how some of these lies are compromising his cases - I guess when he is humiliated in court over the lies he may decide it is time to publicly speak out against them.  Until then his staff will suffer and cases will become compromised.



I wonder how Luis Saenz feels about Oscar Garcia funding Montoya's lies about his staff?  Judge McDonald helping to fund lies against Saenz's staff certainly does not help his reputation - it furthers smells of ethics violations.

Montoya's claims that ADA Pete Gilman is the owner of the property where an 8 Liner raid occurred is just false.

This is what he said.

"We did a cursory check of the property owner on an Internet site and lo and behold!, the owner listed is none other than Mr. Gilman, attorney.(See graphic below.)"

Okay Juanito cursory search means at least being in the same room as a computer.  I defy Montoya to post the link which showed Pete Gilman the owner of the property.

An internet search will show you he was a one time tenant, and owner in 2010, but no more.   He is now a full time ADA and cannot practice law as a private attorney, so he would have no need for an office.  There are times an ADA may still hold a lease on a location while working as a full time ADA, but that does not mean they are working out of that office.  A lease is a contract and you must fulfill the terms of that lease before it ends.

Given the fact that in 2010, he sold the property by tenant the original entry of tenant could be the same as owner - but that is 2010.

Cameron county records show Peter Gilman sold the property in 2010.  Its current owner since 2012 is Resaca Management Inc.

But you can click here to find the same information as to the management - the one name you will not find as to ownership or management is Pete Gilman

They are also tied to Bravo Export Management Inc at the same address.  I cannot find what this company does for business.

So the constant lies about DA Saenz?  Well I was told a reason, but I find it so bizarre no one would believe it.

You know why he tells such verifiable lies?  Because idiots are lined up to believe them.

One of the businesses run by the owners of the property is a trucking company.  Beyond that I can find nothing on them.

All google needs is a court order verifying the defamation - damages not needed - and they will ban him for life.

There have been far too many cases wherein people can go in and get the order on a partial summary judgment as to the defamation. That court order will get him banned from google - at that point since you will never collect anything you can simply let the case go.
