Reynaldo Cisneros -1. Driving While Intoxicated (Class "B" Misdemeanor) 2. Duty Upon Striking Parked Vehicle (Class "B" Misdemeanor)

*All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Why was this man charged with DWI and Duty Upon Striking Vehicle, but in the case I highlighted earlier the police would not even pursue the alleged drunk driver.

You state that your investigation is NOT complete, then you find another driver that was charged with DWI and claim it proves a cover-up by your local police? Sorry sir, but you just lost my interest. It seems from my investigation (reading your posts) that this blog may have little to do with justice and more to do with axe-grinding.

I never said I had no finished as to witnesses - I said my research on the duties of an off duty office while in uniform was incomplete

As to the facts - there are no more witnesses - I was told today the victims insurance company was told by the mother who was there that her son was drunk and took her car.

For insurance purposes the case is done -

It sounds to me like you are one of the officers who may be in trouble or someone who works for International Bingo

Trust me the evidence will be submitted to open an investigations as to their beer license - allowing patrons to serve themselves free beer is reckless
