SUPREME COURT PROVES THIS CLAIM FALSE - SORT OF

"Bobby Chen, representing himself, filed a petition to the Supreme Court in March related to his attempts to sue Baltimore for $2 million. He brought the suit on the grounds that the city had illegally demolished his home in 2008.

The Supreme Court actually agreed to hear his pro se case.  But I guess Mr. Chen realized that with nearly 8000 people and businesses petitioning the court every year, his chances of being one of the maybe 80 or so which will be heard, was too slim so he just disappeared.

So he proved as a pro se that he could do what thousands of lawyers fail at every year, but will not now get his day before the Supreme Court because they cannot find him.

Not if the price of Russian gas is one third the price of LNG. LNG is dead for the next five years.

The money to deepen the port will not be allocated until 2016. We are looking at 5 years before everything is in place
