UT BOARD OF REGENTS PAYS FOR CRIMINAL APPRAISAL TO JUSTIFY THEFT OF LINCOLN PARK

It appears the lawsuit will be filed.  The problem has been communication between the person chosen as the plaintiff, and the lawyer.  Better numbers were exchanged last night.  The lawyer is available today to meet with the prospective plaintiff.

UT will never go to court with their appraiser and defend their appraisal.  Once the lawsuit is filed I believe in short order UT will pull back.

Further, I must ask - are the UT Board of Regents just stupid?  On what planet does the seller allow the buyer to decide the value of the land.  The COB has failed in its due diligence in getting its own appraisal and I believe the court will agree.  Given the fact other appraisals in the area put the value of the land at least twice of what UT's appraiser is claiming, it is fair to say we are now at the point of a criminal conspiracy by UT and others to steal this land.  I am asking Gregg Abbott's office to open a criminal investigation.  Really people - Tony Martinez thinks we are so stupid that we are going to trust an appraisal done by the thieves.

The law specifically says the city obtain the appraisal. UT doing it bogusly amounts to a popcorn fart.
