JUDGE NELSON SIGNED TRO

LUIS SAENZ, ACTING AS A PRIVATE CITIZEN AND MATHEW KENDALL SUE COB, UTB AND UT BOARD OF REGENTS OVER LINCOLN PARK

I am sorry I did not disclose Mr. Saenz name earlier but I was sworn to secrecy.  A lot of wonderful people have been putting their names and reputations on the line to make this happen and I was not going to break my silence just to be first.

Also Brownsville owes a big thank you to Michael Cowen for filing the lawsuit.  Both Michael and Luis and Mathew are putting a lot on the line to fight for us, and we all owe them a big, very big thank you.

We are waiting on Judge Nelson.  He has the request for TRO.  As soon as we know I will post the result.

The press has been called for a press conference at the DA's office.  I did get an invitation but it said to just be on hold.  I just learned it will be at 1 p.m.

General Counsel for the UT Board of Regents already has the lawsuit and is advising her clients as we speak.

I want to be clear, anything I do is my doing.  I do not speak for anyone but myself.  I am grateful though so many people entrusted me to help and keep me in the loop.

People, Luis Saenz put his name and career on the line for us, and we should remember that.  Redemption is what we practice if we have true faith.

Since when does Saenz give a S**t! He is running scared cause he is going to have an opponent in 2016. He's lost a lot of support with all his shenanigans. Saenz you don't fool anybody!

Man, if only you could write. Keep the emotion out of and you will get your message across much better.

The voters must voice that there is incompetent at the city level including the city attorney for misleading our city government.

You are correct I have to be careful about the emotion - so I went back to read the post. All commentary will have some emotion.

But I will say this - on this one I will say I was pretty straight forward . But if you see it as emotional I will take it as you being helpful and try and do better

It is essential we keep the emotions very limited - so we agree 100% on that

On Saenz everyone knows I have never given him a pass. I believe he was very sincere. He was very gracious with me and in fact noted I was the source of the Rose Gowen variable. I believe Saenz had to learn a hard lesson concerning who had his ear and he is trying to make amends.

My faith tells me redemption is part of faith. We shall see - but for now - not just baaed on Lincoln park but things which have been known for a few months - Saenz has realized he made mistakes and is now trying to make amends.

Who am I to not give him the benefit of the doubt - time will tell
