MONTOYA CONTINUES TO MAKE SAPS OF HIS THREE READERS - AND NOW THE FACTS AS TOLD TO MONTOYA BY CONSTABLE ABELARDO GOMEZ

UPDATE: Sorola's check must have been big.  Armando Villalobos never ever intervened in the case - this is a bold face lie by Montoya - he had already left the DA's office by the time he represented the party being sued by Liliana Cantu's family.

Contrary to Montoya's defamation per se of Judge Erin Garcia, while under payment by Louis Sorola, there is no document which says Erin Garcia accepted or received a bribe.  What it says is someone paid Liliana Cantu a bribe to be delivered to Erin Garcia.  Had Saenz had any evidence Erin Garcia was party to this he would have indicted her - but he could not because the criminal complaint shows it was Erin Garcia who went to Constable Abelardo Gomez to report the crime.

What Montoya is saying is, if I pay a $1000 to someone in Saenz's office to get Saenz to drop criminal charges against someone Saenz must be guilty even though there is no evidence or claim he knew about the attempted bribe.  Stupid - beyond stupid

What is lost on Montoya, not really he just chooses to lie, is Liliana Cantu could have kept the notice of hearing sent to Villalobos from going out.  The reality is, that afternoon Villalobos called the court about not receiving notice and Judge Garcia pulled the default judgment.  This happens more than you think

But here is the kicker, in the second to last final hearing wherein Liliana Cantu's family lost, witnesses reported that Judge Garcia had to take Liliana Cantu's family to task for their unprofessional conduct towards Villalobos.  There are enough witnesses to this to verify the story.  In fact witnesses claim Villalobos was so humiliated he was forced to hang his head in shame based on the outburst by Cantu's family.  When it was all done and over, Cantu's family walked out empty handed at the final hearing because they chose to not show once the gig was up.

All of these facts are known in the courthouse so the question is why does Montoya not report it?  Sorola wrote a big check.

ORIGINAL POST

In the case of Liliana Cantu Villarreal, now charged with multiple crimes while working for JP Erin Garcia, Montoya was told that it was none other than JP Erin Garcia who filed the criminal complaint against Liliana Cantu Villarreal with Constable Abelardo Gomez.  So why does Montoya leave this essential fact out - simple - Louis Sorola will not write the check otherwise.

Montoya's under the table income will get him in trouble with the Feds. He is not reporting it to IRS. How much has be been paid? Do you even know?

Reporting a crime, in and off itself, is not a defense or an absolution for having participated in the crime.

You are correct, but are you saying Liliana Cantu testified that she gave Erin Garcia money and Saenz still could not get an indictment?

Had Saenz had any evidence whatsoever he would have indicted Erin Garcia - further why do you ignore the fact the following from Montoya's blog is a lie?

"But as explosive as these indictments alleging she took bribes to fix cases may be" there is no such allegation - why does this lie not bother you?

Further the following is a lie and the docket sheet proves it.

"Why Garcia Hernandez reversed her judgements when Villalobos intervened in both cases is unknown." Hey Juanito there is no "E" in judgments

The docket sheet clearly shows they failed to appear at the final hearing and they were effectively defaulted. This is standard procedure.

Why did Sorola pay Montoya to print these two lies.

Maybe just maybe if Erin gets the nerve to file a defamation discovery lawsuit we will learn the answer

Why is Juan Montoya always making up lies about Erin??
Is he obsessed with her??

No, it is all about the check Sorola or Begum writes - it is really that simple

He gets away with it because no one is willing to go through the process of a lawsuit - all a judge has to do is authorize a discovery lawsuit to proceed based on the defamation per se which is verifiable and google will shut him down

Any number of people could have done this - but no one will - and they will just keep on complaining

Why don't you sue him?

BobbyWC said...

I did and got $60,000

Case closed

Then why is he still up? You said google would shut him down.

BobbyWC said...

No, I never said they would shut him down if a case settles for defamation. I said they would shut him down if a judge signed an order finding defamation.

Settlements always include language the defendant denies the claims.

Further, he was working for another party at the time and did not have the current blog.

What is nice about a discovery lawsuit is, the judge in authorizing depositions to move forward could sign an order finding defamation per se and there is allowing for depositions to find potentially liable parties - but because Montoya wrote the defamation per se, google would shut him down if Erin Garcia could secure such an order

If Montoya is obsessed with Erin H. Hernandez it will soon pass... On January 1st of 2015. Other elected officials that are doing wrong actions will be next. Lets see.. Thanks Bobby for all your hard work in keeping us informed in your assumptions....

Bobby when is Abel Gomez getting indicted??? any info on that?

BobbyWC said...

Now Saenz hates him because he will not play but there us zero evidence he authorized Sonia Solis in her conduct

LOL he had his cousins organize the vans to haul the elderly off. There are pics to prove it. Gomez must be talking about something. He was Villalobos" right hand man. How he didn't get indicted there is anyones guess. It was rumored he was picked up and taken to San Antonio by the feds.....Only time will tell. The citizens get what they deserve by voting for these idiots. They ALL need to go.

Montoya must have something good on Gomez. Gomez still pays for a pricey ad even though he's not up for election.

Unless he and others have already been to the feds on an extortion complaint
