BISD BOARD DIRECTS COUNSEL TO ACT ON HEALTHSMART

We do not know what their counsel was told to do, but we know he was directed to act because after a very long Executive Session the Board voted for the action agreed to in Executive Session.  We would know if it were a settlement.  That leaves the Board rejected a settlement offer, made a counter offer, or responded to an offer in some form.  We have no way of knowing.

We only know two things for sure - something during the discussions caused for a very long Executive Session and the board ordered their counsel to take action based on what ever happened in Executive Session.

They should be able to tell taxpayers what happened
