VETERAN BEING DENIED BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE OVER POST OFFICE GIVEN MEDICINE

A well placed complaint to the right people got this veteran's doctor to stop allowing the pharmacist to play games and the blood pressure medicine was released.

Why did it take a high placed doctor to call the PCP demanding an explanation and the impact denying this veteran medicine would have on his cancer surgery to get things done?  Answer -  some people are just too stupid to do the right thing without an ass kicking.

The pharmacist not only called the veteran to go get his medicine, but the VA sent him a message through what is known as secure messaging to inform him that the call was made and the problem was solved.

Where is the Herald?

Waiting for the government to issue a press release they can copy and paste into a report a 3rd grader can write.

The veterans suffer while the Herald ignores all important stories to the community.
