FOR THE INTELLECTUALLY CHALLENGED AND THE PATHOLOGICALLY LYING ZEKE SILVA

From Zeke "He stood up against the Hernandez first.."  He referring to Alex Dominguez.  When Zeke is willing to lie about something which is so verifiable as a lie, what does that say about his trustworthiness about everything else he says, especially about Alex Dominguez?

Ruben Pena and I fought Ernie Hernandez first on the politiqueras and based on the trial transcript I submitted to the AG Margarita Ozuna was indicted and convicted.  Alex Dominguez had nothing, and I mean nothing to do with it.  Zeke has yet to discredit Montoya for his endless attacks on myself and Ruben Peña for our work against Margarita Ozuna.

Ruben Pena actually gets nearly all of the credit because he brought the lawsuit and paid for half of the transcript.  The court had order each side pay half.

But Zeke will keep on lying because that is what he does.

THE AG OPINION EVEN FOR NEANDERTHALS

The plain language of the opinion shows it was a complete loss for DA Saenz. "Accordingly, a court would likely conclude that a justice of the peace is not a "judge of a court with jurisdiction in family law cases" for purposes of subsection 2.204( c) of the Family Code and thus may not grant a waiver of the 72-hour waiting period after the issuance of a marriage license."

By second grade you should know the meaning of the word likely - it does not mean it is illegal - all it means is the AG was not willing to take a firm position and say - a court would rule it illegal. The fact the AG was not willing to go all the way proves the law is too unclear for a definitive answer.

It is really that simple.

The AG refused to get to the fee question.  He knew district court judges all of the state are charging waiver fees.  It is illegal for the District Clerk to charge the fees.  AG Abbott knew he would have had a mess on his hands had he ruled judges charging for the waiver fees is illegal.

So AG Abbott basically issued an opinion saying "I don't know but suspect a court likely would find JP's have no jurisdiction - this is a far cry from saying they have no jurisdiction.

This is happening statewide.  I would not be surprised if a group of JP's now sue the state for a  declaratory action to secure a court  ruling on the matter.  Before such a case can be completed I suspect the state legislature will amend the law to make clear JP's cannot sign waivers - which is beyond silly.  Why give district court judges the financial advantage of charging a fee for the waivers and marriage. but not an equal opportunity to the other judges?  An equal protection challenge could follow if the state were to amend the law as a way to stop any litigation brought by JP's elsewhere in the state.

The door has been opened and now the mess will follow.

At what point do you move on Bobby? There are other issue out there besides the Hernandez's. You have suffered irreparable damage to your reputation and your credibility. When do you say enough?

You are so full of shit and make yourself look stupid. He hate that Saenz has proven himself inept and you just post anony garbage.

Just yesterday at the VA when I was getting scheduled for my cataracts surgery two different readers approach me with nothing but praise and to keep the pressure going.

I guess you forgot to interview those reasers.

My numbers continue to grow.

You see what you wanted was for Montoya to spin this AG opinion anyway he wants with no one challenging him.

So Zeke can post his lies, but if I point out the truth I have no credibility.

My readers are not stupid - they can see straight through you bullshit.

You only show Saenz's desperation. He wants to lie about things and then have people attack anyone who points out his lies

Bobby please, Saenz is not inept..you are alienating yourself even more from the super majority of the populace. You need to stop your unwarranted attacks on our honorable district attourney. He has done an outstanding job as D.A. You thought the same thing at one time! Just because he would not do as you wanted is no reason to try and destroy him. Be reasonable and stop your none sense Bobby.

So all of the ADA's and attorneys telling me to keep the pressure going are all wrong.

It began with Saenz office refusing to do his job on helping a victim. I complained - I complained and he did nothing - based on that evidence the AG processed the paperwork and paid the victim.

I complained more times than I can think of about the incompetence of his office is having the wrong name in the indictment of the victim, the victim being kept in the dark - the domestic abuse victim being victimized by his office and he did nothing.

Her rights were violated by his office and he refused to act.

In the end knowing the victim was crying her eyes about about testifying no one told her the DA gave the guy a plea and she shows up in court ready to testify because Saenz office in retaliation for all of the complaints refused to call her and tell her the case was done.

He was warned that his office had no evidence in the Pedraza case - but he ignored the warnings. Justice Chew because of a lack of evidence ordered the jury to find Pedraza not guilty.

His case on Manual Velez was reversed on the sentencing first and then a habeas. This is a death penalty case which has cost the taxpayers a fortune. And because of Saenz it is still costing us.

The Mara case - he messed up big time and it got reversed and he is still spending taxpayer money to pursue her.

There is the case wherein we have submitted a claim wherein in a slam dunk case his office dropped the charges. The campaign records show a family member of the man donated to Saenz's campaign.

No DA drops 8 charges against an elected official.

According to you the FBI opened a bogus investigation against Saenz and Alex and Yolanda Begum over the 6 thousand donation and then the bogus charges against Josefina Canales which a judge threw out.

You know you can try and convince people Saenz is anything but what he is, but it was not me who put on the record for the world to see it was the DOJ calling a witness to accuse Saenz of taking a $1,000 bribe - I believe this is in part why they took the Canales case because hers was stronger and mixed with the other one - they can begin to build a case.
