EX PROSECUTOR HEADED TO
JAIL FOR CONDUCT RELATED TO MURDER CASE

Local attorneys need to carefully study this case to learn if DA Luis Saenz can be held in contempt of court for his actions in the Manuel Velez case, or the ADA can be held in contempt for his actions in the John Allen Rubio case, or Alfredo Padilla and Luis Sorola can be held in contempt of court for failing to disclose to Ivan Martinez that Padilla was also working for Villalobos at the same time Villalobos was seeking the death penalty against Martinez.

It is about time prosecutors see consequences for a conviction at all costs even in murder cases.

I've always said, a prosecutor that sets someone up or withhods evidence that would help the defense should be punished with the same sentence that was handed down to convict someone. This would help with transperncy. TOO MANY prosecutors are all about the scorecard!

To the rejected comment, my life good and bad has been fully cover over and over againt in Brownsville. . I have done extensive responses with documents and facts.

What you want is a permanent Bill Board to use as a distraction because you cannot respond to anything I say on a substantive level.

I put everything on the line to stand up for the kids molested by priests - you for some reason have a problem with that and agree with those who chose to shut me up.

I am proud of my work and I would do it again.

"withholding evidence"? Is that not what Defenbaugh did in the Oklahoma Bombing case when he was with the FBI. Then he gets hired on with BISD to do an audit. He had no shame!!!!!!

I forgot about that, and while I am no Defenbaugh advocate I believe the court found the withheld evidence did not impact the verdict and McVey went to the needle without further delay
