THE BEST HAMBURGERS

Now, my guests are having my homemade chili, but today is a great hamburger day.

Simple

1 pound lean ground beef

1 pound sirloin ground beef

diced white onions

salt to taste

McCormick's hamburger seasoning

When you cook them on the grill, use mesquite charcoal. Make sure you close the lid so the mesquite flavors the meat.

Finally - liberate yourself and BBQ Naked

Do not us any type of "charcoal"! Use natural mesquite. The chemicals in the "charcoal" are deadly to your body. The carcinogens that cook into the meat from the "charcoal" stay in your body forever and they harm you with time. If you don't believe it, Google it. They also risk awaking your cancer cells in your body. Some peoples' diets are so good they never awaken the cancer cells in their bodies. Just saying........

Thanks for the great heads up to my readers - I buy the 100% mesquite charcoal at sams - the 50 pound bag goes for about $10.
