Sex is a difficult topic because so many people are idiots about it.  This post is for women who love their men, and men who care about a healthy prostate.

From the Harvard medical school.

"The scientists found that men who ejaculated 21 or more times a month enjoyed a 33% lower risk of prostate cancer compared with men who reported four to seven ejaculations a month throughout their lifetimes.

I  decided on this post because I just learned my latest PSA results (prostate blood test) is .94.  For over a year it was regularly in the area of 1.21 [last being 2/4/13].  I drink some 100 ounces of fluid from dinner time to bed time.  I down 16 ounces of water with a pill a take at bedtime.  If I do not I will wake up with a hangover.  I never ever wake up to go to the bathroom.  Even when I wake up choking because I am  not breathing [even with a cpap set at pressure 16] I do not get up to go to the bathroom.

I am fortunate to have been raised in an environment where the body is not dirty or a sexual machine [hence I am a nudist in the privacy of my home [most of the time] and sometimes at the unofficial nude beach [10 miles past beach access 6].  We were taught no shame about masturbation or sex.  I am however a very strong advocate of abstinence, unless there is true intimacy and a real relationship.  For me sex with a man or a woman is the same - fun - but intimacy only comes with a man.  Intimacy is not sex.

So guys, tell your wives, or girlfriends - the doctor says you must ejaculate at least 21 times a month to avoid prostate cancer or prostate problems.

Oh, whether at 1.21 or .94 - I have an amazing prostate - people in their late 20's would want my PSA reading.
