EXHAUSTED, BUT SURVIVED

My readership is at an all time high - thank you to the readers.

Thank you to Valley Central which featured me on the 6 pm news and the importance of the blogs.

I do not have the energy to go back and edit tonight.  I was so anxious about the system working I  did not sleep.

Tomorrow I plan an highlighting in Red more testimony people may care about while still blogging the entire trial.

I need to find a mix which pleases the guy who wants it all, but something more than a tweet but less than what I am doing now with Red highlights.

I will do a better job on time lines.

It is hard - you are trying to not miss anything - the wooden benches are hell on my back - tomorrow I am bringing my bingo cushion.

AN UPDATE

The US Attorney agreed to not invoke the Rule (means witnesses not allowed in the courtroom) against Armando Villalobos' mother.  This was very professional of him.  Look, she is only a character witness - she has no personal information or knowledge.  Her son is on trial - as a mother she is scared  for her son.  It is a good thing she is allowed to be there.

BUT MANDO - Do you really want your mother to hear everything - It is a two edge sword.
