2012-DCR-1456-I J/OLVERA Agency(HOJ)

On Monday I watched Lyne's defense.  I will comment more on this case once an official press release is issued.  I called the court this afternoon and was told there was a conviction.  At the time I called the court they did not have any information on sentencing.

The message is, if the DA has  credible evidence of indecency with a child they will prosecute and get a conviction.

I do have a lot to say about the manner of Lyne's defense.  But, I prefer to wait for a formal announcement from the DA's office.  The above mug shot shows he was booked today at the court house.  This would be consistent with a jury verdict of guilty.
