HOW MUCH DID MARTIN SARKIS PAY THE CONVICTED DRUNK JUAN MONTOYA TO LIE ABOUT ROSALIO "LEO" ROSALES?

The BrownsvilleVoice.com is coming along.  The godaddy web builder is almost impossible to use - What godaddy is telling me is the person who set up the page made a lot of mistakes and they are having to go in and repair all of the mistakes.

TOMORROW:  An indepth interview with David Bellaperche.  It was an enjoyable interview.

The consensus is Sarkis is a Martinez plant.  There is no way the Chair of the Cameron County Democratic Party is tied to Sarkis campaign without the consent of Tony Martinez.

I do not speculate  - I make phone calls.  Juan Montoya's claims about Rosalio "Leo" Rosales' residence are 100% false.  A simple search of the Cameron County Appraisal District records show the house belongs to Rosalio and his wife.  Mr. Rosales as verified this for me on the phone.

A research of records show that Linda and Erasmos Castros' sister is buying the home on Squaw Valley from Rosalio Rosales and his wife.

It is clear - Sarkis is prepared to accuse his opponents of criminal conduct in order to win the election.  The question now is, how much is Tony Martinez paying Montoya for this story either directly or by and through donations to Sarkis.

When a candidate for public office pays a convicted drunk to publish lies about his opponent, then we know all we need to know about Martin Sarkis.  He is not  for Brownsville unless you want the same old corruption and con jobs being perpetrated against the people.

Many people own houses in various parts of Brownsville.

Did you check voter history?

Texas Election code in Chapter 143.005 conflicts with our city charter. Should state law supersede our home rule city charter which requires 100 signatures minimum? Can we as a large over 100,000 resident city have the same bare minimum signature rules as small town Los Fresnos?

As a legal scholar, I think your interpretation is merited.

I'd say you are damning Montoya on pretty thin evidence and lots of speculation. That may say more about you then it does about him.

Question still left unanswered.

Patiently waiting.

IN dallas the signatures are as few as 25 - so to your comparison to Los Fresnos yes - but you continue to play his silly game - you seem unwilling or unable to provide the link to the city charter governing this issue - you claim to be the expert in this but insist I reinvent the wheel - so stop the game playing and provide me the link to the city charter which says 100 signatures and then I will deal with the question
