Item 56 has been on the agenda before recently. The first time was 2-5 which was routine most likely. The next was 3-5 put on by CPG but she walked out of the meeting and she has again placed it on the agenda. Could to be make it look like she is not a Montoya puppet.

What's the rush to give Martin Arambula a reclassification promoting him?

And the other 6 people getting equity adjustments?

What about the rest of us?????

Bunch of morons.

Yes item 56 is on the agenda for the third time in three months. Remember that CPG got on her soapbox and cried harassment when a previous board voted to review Hector Gonzales (her bud) on a monthly basis. Come to think about it, she cries foul anytime she doesn't get her way and storms out of the board meeting to go pout. A resolution for censure of her behavior is long overdue. Resign from the board Cata, your moment is over and Gonzales will not be Supt. again.

Why are they reclassifying Martin Arambula from pay grade 4 to pay grade 5? This means more money for him. Why have they not opened up the reclassification process for all employees? Open it up for custodians, clerks, and other classified and certified staff. As to the other six employees getting equity pay, is this on the agenda again? Remember, this included the two HR administrators last time it went to the board and was not approved. In my opinion, Zarate and Rodriguez and the other four- do not deserve equity pay because there is no process in place. Equity pay request should be part of a transparent process where all employees can have their salary reviewed and then based on set criteria the decision is made whether they merit equity pay. The district has not opened this process to all its employees, therefore, how was it decided that only these employees merit getting more money. I hope the board does the right thing and not approve these two items.

Martin Arambula has had recycling to his duties is what I have read is his reason. I think any person who is not a teacher can request a review. Doesn't mean they will get it but it never hurts to ask.

This is part of "and other duties assigned" just like all the other employees who have additional duties assigned to them. they do not get compensated or reclassified just because they are assigned additional duties.
