WHO KILLED ROXANA VIRIDIANA SAIS?

I wish I could say the Brownsville City Commission. the DA, and Ben Neece would give a rats ass about Ms. Sais and how her death relates to their own conduct, but they will not.  There is something about people who become elected officials.  It seems a psychosis overcomes elected officials which causes them to be oblivious to the consequences of their conduct.

For your consideration:

Our DA and city commissioners not only through their actions, but through their inaction have sent a clear message to the children of our community that drinking and driving is okay.  I can assure you Villalobos as a consequence of his who cares attitude towards DWI's would have been tarred and feathered by now if this were Dallas.  It boggles my mind just how little this DA cares about DWI's.

Our city commission knows that Ben Neece is under investigation by the Commission on Judicial Conduct for his conduct in releasing Juan Montoya not once but three times from jail for DWI in just over a year.   They have failed to take action in demanding the City Manager Cabler suspend Neece.  The evidence is the court documents.

One of the charges involved reckless driving along with DWI - this is where people are killed - nothing from our esteemed city commission

The Neece complaint.

Villalobos is the face of incompetence and indifference.  Montoya violated his bond when he was arrested for the second DWI.  Had Villalobos been doing his job, Montoya's bond should have been pulled and the DWI changed from a misdemeanor to a felony.  Villalobos did nothing and allowed this drunk to return to the streets.  Then came the third DWI and again Villalobos did nothing.  This should have been the second felony charge.  Ben Neece and Villalobos working together insured this drunk returned to our streets with no monetary bond and without a breathalyzer device on his car.

Is it any wonder when judges, the DA, city commissioners, and the entire city commission turn a blind eye to DWI's that Roxana Viridiana Sais is dead.  Why not?  The message from our incompetent leaders is - drinking and driving is okay.

Wait! It's the bar's fault. Dammed Capitalism!

If the evidence shows the bar served them without proper ID - then yes they will be sued and their insurance carrier will pay out

No matter what, at the end of the day, a young girl is dead. Her family has been forever destroyed, along with everyone else who was involved. Drinking & driving does kill, we've heard it for years past & yet it STILL happens. Very sad.
May God be with her family, all those involved in this tragedy, & may Roxana rest in peace.
